Get Started

For Existing Rogers Customers
  • You must own your device outright or have less than 12 months remaining on your Rogers contract to move to BCREA Mobile without cancellation fees.
  • Dial *611 from your Rogers cell phone. Please note: depending on call volume, this may be a lengthy process.
  • When speaking to your customer care representative, tell them that you are authorizing the BC Real Estate Association to take responsibility of your phone line. You will be provided with a unique interaction ID. Please note this ID.
  • Contact [email protected] or 1.844.707.7676 and ask to have your line moved to the BC Real Estate Association account.
  • BCREA Mobile support will complete your request and provide you with an email confirmation of their actions. The switch-over of your account may take up to 24 hours.

For Customers with Other Providers

  • Obtain your account number from your current carrier. This can typically be found on your monthly bill.
  • If you wish to use your current device with BCREA Mobile, contact your carrier and ask to have your device unlocked. Average unlocking cost = $50.
  • You will be responsible for any charges related to leaving your current carrier.
  • Obtain a Rogers SIM card from any Rogers store or "big-box" store.
  • Contact [email protected] or 1.844.707.7676 and request to have your line moved over to the BC Real Estate Association account. BCREA Mobile support will need your existing phone number, your current account number with your carrier, and your email address.
  • BCREA Mobile support will handle the process of transferring your existing phone number and account information to the BCREA account. Likely within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email that the work has been completed.
