Courses and Learning Experiences

BCREA's Professional Development Program (PDP) courses are developed with REALTORS® in mind. Instructors are dynamic experts who bring their knowledge and experience to course attendees in an informative, entertaining style. The courses are fast-paced yet encourage discussion and interaction.  

PDP Course Categories
PDP courses are now categorized to allow REALTORS® to best tailor course selections that match their interests and learning preferences.
Industry Watch - Explore the trends, issues and legal developments in the real estate industry. Some interactivity and learner participation is required.
Strategic - Look at the strategic connection of knowledge, skills and attitudes to REALTOR® business plans. Moderate interactivity and learner participation is required.
Practical - Hands-on courses that allow REALTORS® to delve into the details and nuances of their trading services. Highly interactive; a high level of learner participation is required.
PDP On Demand - Three-credit, online, on-demand courses on timely topics that rotate every three to five years. Some interactivity and learner participation is required.
External Vendor - Courses accredited for the PDP when the vendor can deliver content better and cheaper than BCREA. Interactivity and learner participation requirements will vary.
