Not many people like change, especially when it is imposed upon them. But REALTORS® are constantly striving (and consequently changing, whether they know it or not) to stay on top of their business, and the profession as a whole.
Part of the appeal of this profession is that every transaction and every client is unique. REALTORS® need to be ready to adapt their services and their role as a REALTOR®, to continue adding value to their clients, to their business, and to the profession.
This course is a place to reflect on the four pillars of real estate practice:
- agency
- ethics
- contracts and standard forms, and
- disclosure
and to begin to map out a plan for not just coping with the trends and issues emerging now, but for becoming an even more successful REALTOR® in the process.
By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:
- interact with, and reflect on the external forces and dynamics that will affect how you practice real estate; and
- investigate those trends and issues that interest you most or that you believe will have a significant impact on your future business planning.
