Learners review the Council’s Complaint and Discipline process and consider how they can implement best practices to avoid such circumstances. The final hour of this five-hour component is spent on self-assessment. Learners complete a contract of purchase and sale based on a scenario presented; respond to several objective questions based on agency, disclosure and contract, and complete a learning plan which can be shared with their managing broker, if applicable.
